The early bird registration deadline is Dec. 31st, 2024. In order to be eligible for the reduced fee, the registration has to be finalized and payment received by this date.

Payment is expected within 15 days after online registration. You will receive your invoice with the conference documents during on-site registration at the venue.

On-site registration via cash or credit card:
You can pay with cash or credit card on-site from Feb. 23th – Feb. 28th, 2025. Please note that we only accept cash in Chinese RMB.
In the case of a cancellation, notification needs to be sent to the conference email gdsjdtj@ihep.ac.cn to receive any eligible refund.
Cancellations before Jan 1, 2025 will be refunded 90% of the registration fee.
Cancellations after Jan 1, 2025 will not be eligible for any refund
Refunds will be processed with a bank transfer made to the payee’s bank account and all transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
